Toccoa Falls College is pleased to announce that Dr. Christopher Vena, Bible and Theology Department Chair and Associate Professor of Systematic Theology, is the 2015-2016 recipient of the Vulcan Teaching Excellence Award!  On May 5, 2016 an awards ceremony was held during the faculty post-planning meeting; many faculty and students were recognized at this event. Dr. Brian Shelton, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, presented the award to Dr. Vena during the meeting.

The award honors a faculty member who has made a distinctive difference both in the classroom and in the campus community. Winners of this award have provided model teaching and campus leadership, as well as pioneering teaching methods and creative course development.
